We work with 5 artisan groups and employ 300 artisans 75 women) using a wide range of upcycled materials Additionally, we use a patented process to convert plastic waste into new materials Each order from Conserve HRP has an immediate impact and provides artisans with employment opportunities, skills based training, and counseling support.
Local Artisans
We train local artisans in stitching, embroidery, and weaving. Our counseling support remains an important aspect of our association with local artisans with a focus on emotional wellbeing and social inclusivity.
Grassroots Recyclers
Our relationship with this community spans over 15 years. We train them on our patented technology for converting plastic into upcycled products. We also invite external trainers to provide workshops on financial literacy, networking, and micro entrepreneurship.
Afghani Refugee Artisans
We provide them with training in stitching, crochet, embroidery. We also organize exposure visits to different markets and sites in India to enhance their cultural awareness and provide counseling support.

Posh Bag Kashmir is a testament to 30 young Kashmiri individuals dedicated to transforming their valley. They turn waste into treasures, sparking a movement that revitalizes Kashmir’s spirit.
